Pistol, Rifle, & Shotguns (Member) – $20 per firearm
NFA Devises – $75 per devise
NFA Devises (Member) – $50 per devise

You will need a valid state issued ID, Driver’s License, or passport containing current address. A form 4473 & a background check will be required to complete the transfer for all pistols, rifle & shotguns.
For NFA devises A form 4, complete set of finger prints and a passport photo will be required to complete the transfer.

Disputes, Returns, and Seller Issues

Springs Road Gun Club (SRGC) and HST act solely as the receiving Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) for firearm transfers. SRGC and HST are not a party to the sale or transaction between the buyer and the seller.

Any dispute regarding the firearm or transaction, including but not limited to:

Condition of the firearm
Mechanical or cosmetic issues
Missing or incorrect items
Firearm descriptions or representations made by the seller
Pricing or payment disputes
Refunds, exchanges, or returns
Shipping charges or return shipping
Warranty claims
Buyer or seller dissatisfaction

must be handled directly between the buyer and the seller.

SRGC and HST will not negotiate, mediate, make representations on behalf of either party, determine whether a firearm is acceptable or defective for purposes of a buyer/seller dispute, or otherwise become involved in disagreements between the buyer and seller.

If a firearm is to be returned to the seller, the buyer must contact the seller and make all return arrangements directly with the seller. SRGC/HST will only ship a firearm back after appropriate arrangements have been made and all applicable shipping, transfer, and handling fees have been paid.

Acceptance of a firearm for transfer by SRGC/HST does not constitute approval of the firearm’s condition, functionality, value, description, or compliance with the terms agreed upon between the buyer and seller.

By using SRGC/HST for a firearm transfer, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that all disputes, returns, refunds, warranties, and other issues arising from the purchase are solely between the buyer and the seller.

Firearms & devises will need to be mailed to our MAILING address as stated on our FFL.
